Delete Your Account
You can delete your PokerEdge AI account at any time — directly in the app, or by request.

Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is from within the PokerEdge AI app:
1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. In the Account section, tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Delete your account by request
If you can no longer sign in to the app, email us at pokeredgeai@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request, and we will complete verified requests within 30 days.
What happens when you delete your account
Your account and personal data are deleted. Your account is closed and your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or compliance reasons. You will be signed out, and you will need to create a new account if you want to use PokerEdge AI again.
AI credits are forfeited. Any remaining premium AI credits are lost on deletion and have no cash value.
Your subscription is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, so you must cancel them in your store account settings:
Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PokerEdge AI → Cancel Subscription.
Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PokerEdge AI → Cancel.
